RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love every item you purchase through Promgirl.net. However, if anything should fail to meet your expectations we will be happy to assist you in exchanging or returning the prom dress for store credit.
RETURNS
To RETURN your dress for store credit, please email us at returns@promgirl.net with your name and order number so that we can provide you with a return authorization number.
• The email must be sent within 3 (THREE) business days of delivery.
• The return package must be post-marked within the same 3 day period.
• You must include your return form in the box.
• Your Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of the box.
• Dresses must be returned in original packaging and with all tags and packing materials.
• All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
• Store credit can be used to purchase any items sold on our website.
• A store credit cannot be converted into a cash refund.
• Store credits expire 1 year from the date they are issued.
• To use your store credit you must contact us toll free phone (1-877-900-7766) or email before placing a new order!
WARNING: We carefully inspect all items returned to us. Please not that we will not accept any dresses that have been worn, altered, stained or damaged by odors (such as cigarette smoke). All such dresses will be returned to the sender and all shipping charges will be the customers responsibility. Customers who have damaged dresses returned to them will not be eligible for store credit.
EXCHANGES
Unlike many online boutiques which only offer exchanges for sizing issues, Promgirl.net will even allow you to exchange your dress for another style if you are unsatisfied with your original purchase. When exchanging for a more expensive item the customer is responsible for all additional costs and shipping charges.
To EXCHANGE your dress for another size please email us at exchanges@promgirl.net with your name and order number so that we can provide you with an exchange authorization number.
• The email must be sent within 3 (THREE) business days of delivery.
• The exchange package must be post-marked within the same 3 day period.
• You must include your return form in the box
• Your Exchange Authorization number must be written on the outside of the box.
• Dress must be return with all original tags, hangers and packing material.
• You must include a check for additional shipping fees ($15 for domestic or $35 for international)
Failure to follow these instructions will result in your package being refused by our shipping department!
The following restrictions apply:
• Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.
• Promgirl.net will not be held responsible for return packages lost by shipping carrier. Please save all tracking numbers when returning or exchanging.
• Dresses on SALE are NOT returnable; only exchangeable. If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable.
• Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes, Jewelry and Accessories are NOT returnable.
• All Special Orders are NOT returnable.
• Dresses cannot be returned after the event date.
• All refused packages will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
