We hope that you love every item you purchase through However, if anything should fail to meet your expectations we will be happy to assist you in exchanging or returning the prom dress. offers both returns or exchanges for another size or another dress.


To RETURN your dress, please email us within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery at with your name and order number so that we can provide you with a return authorization number. All returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable.


To EXCHANGE your dress for another size please email us within 7 (SEVEN) days of delivery at with your name, order number and style/size/color that you would like to receive in exchange so we can provide you with an exchange authorization number. When shipping the dress back you must include a check for $15 ($35 for international) to defray the costs of the second shipment to you. Exchanged dresses are final sale. Please be sure that you are exchanging for the correct size/color/style!

The following restrictions apply:

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.

If you request to exchange a dress the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Invisible Bras, Increasers, Shoes, Jewelry and Accessories are NOT returnable.

All Special Orders are NOT returnable.

Dresses cannot be returned after the wear date.

When exchanging a dress for a more expensive item the customer is responsible for all additional costs and shipping charges.


Dresses on sale cannot be returned for a refund. Sale dresses may be exchanged OR may be returned for store credit. If you wish to exchange your sale dress for another style or return it for store credit, you must contact within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

WARNING: We carefully inspect all items returned to us. Please not that we will not accept any dresses that have been worn, altered, stained or damaged by odors (such as cigarette smoke). All such dresses will be returned to the sender and all shipping charges will be the customers responsibility. Customers who have damaged dresses returned to them will not be eligible for store credit.
